This transaction adheres to the Terms and Conditions of fsc24.ch 

By placing an offer, you agree to the Terms of Service (ToS) and following points:

• Subject to prior sale: Although private and commercial sellers are assigning the car exclusively to the fsc24.app marketplace, all vehicles listed are offered subject to prior sale. Once your bid is accepted, you will receive a swift confirmation of the winning bid.
• Verified and trusted supplier: The seller is registered as a professional, ensuring you’re protected by fsc24.ch Terms and Conditions.
• Non-Refundable Fee: If you win an auction or your bid is accepted, you will be required to pay a non-refundable commission fee. Specific fees can be found in our FAQ and Terms & Conditions.
• Sold pending PPI : The vehicle is sold “as is, where is,” without any warranty. However, different from our competition, we here at fsc24.ch think and feel you should only buy based on an official PPI report ( pre-purchase inspection report ) from the manufacturer that has built the vehicle you are purchasing. Either the car comes with a fresh PPI where the report is shared with you after your bid has been accepted or the car is sold pending PPI which means that you will have to pay the accepted bid once the condition of the car “as offered” has been confirmed by an official PPI report. Be aware that you enjoy full buyer protection according to our terms and conditions.
• Transparency: To ensure straightforward transactions, all vehicles listed on our marketplace undergo due-diligence and government database cross checking to make sure they aren’t recorded as damaged or stolen and are free from financial liens.
• Collection & Delivery: Buyers are responsible for the collection or delivery of the vehicle. Importing vehicles may incur customs duties and import taxes, so it’s advisable to verify these beforehand. We can refer you to a third-party shipping company if needed.
